GET eco – Processing mixed waste plastic into fuels and electricity

With the innovative GET eco machine, which is the result of our own work and knowledge, it is possible to process mixed waste plastics into fuels and electricity with over 90% efficiency. Everything takes place according to the circular economy method with completely closed material paths. The existing technology represents a good alternative to incinerators due to significantly higher energy efficiency, lower installation and operating costs, and greater environmental acceptability.

GET eco doo solves the major environmental problem of processing mixed plastic waste and plastic industrial residues by transforming them into new innovative products or semi-finished products. By combining various proven and environmentally most suitable technologies from extrusion, slow pyrolysis, depolymerization and fractional distillation, they are able to process mixed contaminated plastic waste or industrial residues into new synthetic fuels (gasoline, diesel, bitumen - asphalt freshener) and at the same time produce electricity from synthesis gas with over 90% efficiency. Everything is done according to the circular economy method with completely closed material paths. The existing technology represents a good alternative to incinerators due to significantly higher energy efficiency, lower installation and operating costs and greater environmental acceptability. They are currently in the phase of a working prototype, which is ready for upgrading to an industrial level. They use mixed plastic waste (PE, PETE, PP, PS, ABS, PC, PU, mixed plastic, baby and adult diapers, and municipal sludge from sewage treatment plants) as input raw materials. Their goal is to ensure automated operation of the machine 24/7, which, with more financial support for the project, would mean an increase in recycling rates first in the region, and then also more widely.
