The SPOT Consulting Koroška business point invites micro, small and medium-sized companies to a free business event (workshop) on the topic: "OBLIGATIONS OF EMPLOYEES AND EMPLOYERS"

DURING THE DURATION OF THE EMPLOYMENT RELATIONSHIP", which will take place on August 29, 2024, from 9:00 to 12:00, at the premises of MPIK Slovenj Gradec, Ozare 19, Slovenj Gradec (lecture room 9a).

"Knowing the obligations of both parties during the duration of the employment relationship is key to a legal, efficient and trustworthy relationship between employee and employer. Likewise, knowing the mutual obligations of each party, which actually represent the rights of the other party, is also key to properly evaluating individual actions of employees as a violation of obligations in the employment relationship, which may lead to regular or extraordinary termination of the employment contract."

Consultant and specialist at the Chamber of Crafts and Entrepreneurship of Slovenia, with many years of experience in the field of labor law and social security, which she gained in the economy and in employer organizations. The lecturer also has experience in legal representation of employers in the field of labor law, social security and civil law.
