In both our private and professional lives, we have been forced to adapt to the new "corona" reality in recent months. In the professional sphere, we face many challenges, one of which is managing people who work from home. Or teams that work partly at home, partly in the company.
To help you continue your story successfully in these new times, we offer you the MPIK Webinar, which will provide you with knowledge, techniques, and plenty of good energy that will be useful in leading people from home and in the office. It will be led by internationally renowned business trainer and coach Branko Žunec.
By attending the event you will learn about:
- How to coordinate and monitor the work of colleagues working from home (preparation, priorities, focus, tracking, success control, feedback, etc.).
- What are the challenges of leadership in new times (working in the office, working from home, responsiveness, commitment, motivation...).
- How to coordinate the team in the office with the team at home to achieve maximum harmony and a good working atmosphere.
- How to organize work at home to be efficient, regardless of distractions (the secret of top young athletes).
- The "3x10 minutes" rule per day for leaders to strengthen focus, motivation, and engagement of employees.
- How to prevent "jealousy and negativity" from those who are not allowed to work from home and those who have to work from home (everyone experiences it in their own way).
- How to best navigate "new" leadership roles (generator of good energy, agile organizer, digital psychologist, etc.).
The event is intended for:
- managers who want to better cope with new roles and manage a situation for which there are no written performance standards,
- entrepreneurs who want to maintain the motivation and commitment of their employees even in new times,
- those who work in mixed teams (from home and in the office) and would like to (re)maintain a great team,
- future leaders to better navigate their new leadership roles.
