Negotiation means that someone wins and someone else loses. Is that true? This workshop argues that it is not. Win-win negotiations are a more demanding negotiation method for mature entrepreneurs who know that we should not defeat our business partners, but we should enable each other to grow and develop. "Nice", you will say, "but how?" The workshop will specifically focus on negotiations in closing (personal) sales.

By participating in the workshop you will learn:

win-win negotiations, which are the basis for good cooperation,
various negotiation techniques,
5 types of negotiators,
how to "hold on" in a conflict situation and act creatively and constructively,
transfer of acquired knowledge into the context of negotiations in the closing of (personal) sales.

The workshop is intended for:

employees of start-ups and other young companies who are responsible for business networking,
directors and managers in small and medium-sized enterprises,
to salespeople,
others who want to hone their negotiation skills.
