In the business world, we often find ourselves in situations where we have to communicate unpleasant information to employees, colleagues, partners or customers. Too often, we communicate it in the wrong way or simply keep it quiet. In this workshop, we will explore how to convey unpleasant messages clearly and thoughtfully, without jeopardizing trust and relationships.

By participating in the workshop you will learn:

  • how to turn bad news into good news,
  • why reaction is key,
  • how to build trust,
  • the importance of nonverbal communication in relationships,
  • when to listen and when to speak,
  • what does win-win communication mean,
  • how business communication is separated from personal communication,
  • how to control emotions and the relativity of what is communicated.
