Knowing business etiquette is one of the key soft skills that separates winners from losers. If we are not aware of how our behavior affects others, we can seriously jeopardize our relationships with business partners. When we regularly follow the guidelines of modern business etiquette, they become part of our natural behavior. This allows us to focus on business with confidence and without worrying about appropriate behavior in a business environment.

By participating in the workshop you will learn:

  • how to welcome guests, prepare the premises and conduct meetings appropriately,
  • the importance and ways to create a great first impression,
  • what we communicate nonverbally to our surroundings, without even realizing it,
  • what is appropriate business appearance, personal grooming and hygiene,
  • greetings, standards of presentation and the importance of proper handshakes,
  • the pitfalls of ticking and shouting in the business world,
  • appropriate telephone and electronic communication and online etiquette,
  • legalities when exchanging business cards and business gift-giving etiquette,
  • basic guidelines for table manners in the business world - networking events, business meetings, business lunches, conferences.

The workshop is intended for:

  • to all who are aware that knowledge of business etiquette is a competitive advantage, both for the individual and for the company,
  • for anyone who wants to focus on business with confidence and without unnecessary worries about appropriate behavior in a business environment.
