The growth and development of a company is the goal of every ambitious entrepreneur. Which is very positive, but the growth of a company brings with it a lot of new challenges and problems that we often don't know how to face in the right way.

At this year's MPIK AS, a series of 4 workshops, you will gain in-depth knowledge and practical guidance for solving the challenges of a growing company. The facilitator will be Dr. Rok Stritar, an entrepreneur, lecturer and business mentor with extremely rich experience, knowledge and references in the field of managing growing companies.

The workshops are intended for companies that:

  • they have proven that people buy and want their products or services;
  • have an income of at least €50,000 or more;
  • they have a desire for growth and development.

Workshop 1

Company development - where are we and where are we going?

  • presentation of the methodological framework (lean) and the phases in the entrepreneurial process;
  • Self-assessment of companies using the company's entrepreneurial maturity assessment tool:
  • management/business team assessment;
  • assessment according to the company's key functions: strategy / sales / execution / development / organization / human resources / finance / support functions.

Workshop 2

Managing a growing company and developing the sales function

  • management/entrepreneurial team:
  • from the artisanal to the industrial;
  • from entrepreneurial to managerial;
  • sales as a repeatable process.

Workshop 3

Efficient operation of the company

  • performance optimization;
  • personnel;
  • finance and support function;
  • development plan based on self-assessment.

Workshop 4 (online)

Individual counseling

Companies will receive 1:1 discussions, advice and guidance from workshop facilitator Dr. Rok Stritar based on their specific challenges.
