MPIKov AS 2026: How to implement Industry 4.0 in practice

At MPIK we are preparing a new cycle of workshops MPIKov AS, where we will address key issues of modern production and business development through three in-depth meetings. The program will connect strategy, technology, and concrete examples from practice - including a company tour.

The program will be very practical:

• The emphasis will be on useful skills that companies can transfer to their environment;
• one of the workshops will take place in a company that is already implementing elements of Industry 4.0;
• Concrete examples from practice will be included.

Participants will learn, among other things :

• when and why to start with automation,
• how to introduce digital solutions into production,
• how to leverage data, ERP systems and artificial intelligence for better decisions.

The program is intended for companies that want to take the next step in development and strengthen their competitiveness in a time of rapid technological change.
