The free event is intended for all companies, sole proprietors, self-employed, and afternoon business owners who are required to comply with occupational health and safety rules.
Attending the workshop is highly recommended as it will allow you to better understand your legislative obligations, reduce the risks of errors and fines, and help you create a safer and more responsible work environment.
- As an entrepreneur or self-employed person, do you have properly regulated occupational health and safety?
- Are you thinking about opening a company or sole proprietorship, but you're not sure what awaits you in this field?
- You know that there are obligations, but you're not quite sure which ones are yours and how to fulfill them?
If you answered "no" or "I don't know" to any of the questions, this workshop is the right opportunity for you.
Programme
- You will learn about the legal basics under the Occupational Safety and Health Act (ZVZD-1):
- rights, duties and responsibilities of workers and employers,
- mandatory documentation and records,
- first aid at the workplace,
- risk assessment using the key indicator method (KIM),
- criminal sanctions.
- You will receive practical guidance on reducing injuries at work and understanding the recourse claims of the ZZZS and ZPIZ against employers.
- You will learn about the new developments and obligations of owners or users of facilities in the field of fire protection.
- You will have the opportunity for active discussion and questions.
