PONI EXPO 2026: when entrepreneurial ideas take over the center of Ljubljana

Entrepreneurial stories are best experienced live. This time you have the opportunity to meet people who started with an idea, tested it, changed it, developed it - and created a product, service or their own company from it as part of the nationwide PONI project.

More than 220 stories that prove it's worth taking the first step

Participants of the PONI – Entrepreneurial Overcoming Challenges program from all 12 Slovenian development regions will present themselves at the PONI EXPO. More than 220 exhibitors will present a wide variety of products and services to visitors – from cuisine and fashion to creative solutions and ideas for the home and business environment. The products will be available for testing and purchase.

But PONI EXPO is not just a fair. It is above all a meeting of people, ideas and entrepreneurial courage.

An opportunity to talk to creators, make new acquaintances and business connections, and gain insight into how different the paths from the first business idea to market launch can be.

Also on the main stage is the enterprising Koroška

The event will also take place all day on the main stage at Robb's Well, where all 12 Slovenian regions will be presented. Koroška will take the stage between 12:40 and 1:20 p.m.

On stage, we will connect entrepreneurship, tourism, mobility and sustainability, and present people who have already successfully brought their entrepreneurial ideas to the market, as well as those who are just building their business path. The program will be complemented by talks, musical and interactive elements, and above all, stories of people who best show what can be created when a good idea is combined with knowledge, support and perseverance.

The event doesn't end with the stage. At the stands, you will be able to meet Carinthian entrepreneurs in person, try their products, taste their stories, and discover what's being created at Koroškem today.

Highlight of the day: Gala event PONI EXPO

At 6 p.m., the main Gala event will follow in front of Robb's Fountain with an awards ceremony, a fashion show featuring more than 50 participants, and a music and entertainment program.

The evening will be particularly important for Koroško. During the gala program, RRA Koroška will receive the title "Best EU Project of 2026" for the project PONI , which is an important recognition of the work, results and entrepreneurial stories that are being created at Koroškem within the framework of the program.
