India represents one of the key markets of the future for European and Slovenian industry. Its economic growth, large-scale development projects, demographic dividend and increasing demand for advanced technological solutions create important opportunities for international cooperation.
The future free trade agreement between the European Union and India will open up new development and export opportunities for Slovenian companies, in particular through reduced tariffs on industrial products, improved access to the Indian public procurement market and greater opportunities for investment cooperation. The agreement will also encourage the development of digital and technological cooperation and ensure a higher level of intellectual property protection, which is crucial for innovative and development-oriented companies.
We are organizing a professional business event with the aim of providing an in-depth presentation of the advantages of the future EU-India free trade agreement , presenting concrete business opportunities , and strengthening technological and economic cooperation between Slovenian and Indian companies .
The event is intended for ambitious Slovenian companies , both those already present on the Indian market and those who are just incorporating India into their business strategies. Participants will also have access to B2B meetings with Indian partners , aimed at establishing direct business connections and identifying joint projects, as well as an entry platform to the community of selected Slovenian companies, united in the Slovenian-Indian Business Council at the Slovenian Chamber of Commerce and Industry , which enables companies to have strategic dialogue, access to relevant information and actively participate in shaping economic cooperation with India.

APPLICATIONS
Applications are accepted no later than June 8, 2026 via the electronic application form . Participation in the event is free of charge, but prior registration is mandatory. The number of places is limited - the order of applications and the relevance of companies will be taken into account.

Free cancellations are accepted no later than June 9, 2026, via e-mail: CEMP@gzs.si . For cancellations after the specified date or in case of non-participation, the registered participant will be charged EUR 50.00 for organizational costs.
