Successful management and control of challenges within the company and externally, related to communication between employees in the company and with business customers
The free event is intended for small companies and sole proprietors, individuals and companies, and anyone interested in the importance of effective communication in running a business, building a positive organizational culture, and maintaining good relationships with business partners and employees. Participants will gain practical knowledge that will help them identify and manage communication challenges, build trust, and strengthen collaboration within the team and externally.
