On the eve of the 80th anniversary of the United Nations, on October 23, 2025 , SPIRIT Slovenia, in cooperation with Advantage Austria and partners, will prepare the business forum "Austria - Slovenia: Connected for the Future", which will also include B2B meetings.

The event will take place in Vienna, at the premises of the Austrian Chamber of Commerce, between 12:00 and 16:00, and will be opened by the Minister of Economy, Tourism and Sport, Matjaž Han. The forum is intended for companies from all economic sectors that want to strengthen business cooperation with Austrian partners.

Slovenia, in cooperation with Austria, will present a vision of how culture, economy and diplomacy can work together to create a better future. Participants will enjoy a concise and content-rich program with prominent speakers and panel discussions focused on innovations in industries where Slovenian companies stand out with their knowledge and experience.

The first panel will be dedicated to the opportunities for using hydrogen as a key energy source of the future, with an emphasis on the development of sustainable energy solutions and cross-border cooperation.

The second panel will highlight the role of artificial intelligence and advanced technologies in medicine and their contribution to improving the quality of life.

The official part will be followed by B2B meetings and networking.

Applications for the business forum are open until October 17, 2025, companies from all sectors are invited, and the number of places is limited.
