Extension of the public tender for the allocation of guarantees for favorable bank loans to promote the development of entrepreneurship in the Carinthia region for 2023 or until the funds are used up

In 2023, we published a Public Tender for the Award of Guarantees for Favorable Bank Loans to Promote the Development of Entrepreneurship in the Carinthia Region, the deadline of which has been extended to 30.06.2024.

Subject of the call:

Favorable long-term bank loans and guarantees for these loans from GSK funds for the development of micro and small enterprises (hereinafter: GSK), which are being tendered by RRA Koroška in cooperation with the municipalities: Slovenj Gradec, Mislinja, Črna na Koroškem, Mežica, Prevalje, Ravne na Koroškem, Dravograd, Muta, Vuzenica and Radlje ob Dravi and the banks Delavska hranilnica dd and LON dd.

Purpose of the call:

The purpose of the call is to encourage companies to make investments that enable competitive market entry, improve market position and expand activities, as well as improve financing of working capital and new employment in difficult economic conditions. The GSK guarantee makes it easier to obtain a loan for those companies that do not have sufficient guarantees to secure a bank loan or for companies that want to release part of their guarantees for a new investment cycle. The advantage of the loan is expressed in a lower interest rate, loan maturity and the possibility of using a moratorium on loan repayment.

The beneficiaries of this call are:

Micro and small businesses, sole proprietors, associations, institutions, cooperatives and social enterprises that access favorable loans and guarantees for investments up to 8 years, working capital and pre-financing of projects up to 3 years.

Guarantee amount:

50% guarantee for INVESTMENTS and 80% guarantee for CURRENT ASSETS and pre-financing of projects.

The credit potential as of January 1, 2024 amounts to EUR 789,632.00.

• Delavska hranilnica dd: 6-month EURIBOR + 1.50% surcharge
• LON dd: 6-month EURIBOR + 1.50% surcharge

Deadline for submitting applications:

The call is open until 30 June 2024 or until funds are used up. Beneficiaries can submit applications from the date of publication onwards.

Complete applications will be reviewed by the GSK Credit Committee, as a rule, once a month. RRA Koroška doo will notify the beneficiaries in writing of the decision of the competent authorities within 15 days of the decision being made by the GSK Credit Committee.

Completed applications with all necessary documentation (including a positive bank decision on loan approval, stating all conditions) should be submitted by post to the following address: RRA Koroška doo, Meža 10, 2370 Dravograd or by email: racunovodstvo@rra-koroska.si.

Incomplete applications and applications that do not meet the requirements of the call for applications will be rejected. Only applications submitted on the original forms will be considered.
