Invitation to companies to express interest in group participation in international fairs abroad in 2027 and the first half of 2028

SPIRIT Slovenia, a public agency, organizes a fair presentation as part of group presentations of the Slovenian economy at fairs abroad and covers the costs of renting an unequipped exhibition space, technical connections for the needs of operating a group stand, and registering exhibitors in the fair catalog.

The costs of the elements of the fair construction, the setting up of the exhibition space, the transport of exhibits and other costs of the fair presentation are covered by the companies themselves. The group stand is unified in terms of construction and graphics. The set-up of the group stand is carried out by a joint set-up contractor selected by the companies.

An individual company can participate in this invitation with multiple proposals for fairs.

The company is responsible for the accuracy of the provided data. In the event of incomplete or incorrect data being provided, the Program Committee for the Preparation of Presentations of the Slovenian Economy at Trade Fairs Abroad reserves the right to exclude the proposal from further consideration.

The electronic form for expressing interest in group participation in international fairs abroad in 2027 and fairs that will take place in the first half of 2028 is available on the online portal for exporters Izvoznookno Form for expressing interest in group participation in an international fair in 2027 and the first half of 2028 .

The deadline for submitting the electronic form is Friday, September 18, 2026.

The expressed interest will form the basis for the preparation of the SPIRIT Slovenia program, a public agency for group presentations of the Slovenian economy at international fairs abroad in 2027 and the first half of 2028.

After the adopted program, invitations and application materials for participation in each fair will be published on the portal www.spiritslovenia.si or www.izvoznookno.si .

When preparing the final fair program, the Program Committee for the presentation of the Slovenian economy at fairs abroad will only consider proposals submitted on the electronic form within the submission deadline.

The Program Committee will only consider proposals for appearances at those fairs that have international or at least broader regional significance. The Program Committee will compile the fair program in such a way as to ensure heterogeneous representation of economic sectors. Before publishing the final fair program, SPIRIT Slovenia, a public agency, will check with the fair organizer the availability of exhibition space and the feasibility of an individual fair.

Based on the interest gathered and within the framework of the given financial possibilities, a program of group presentations of the Slovenian economy at fairs abroad will be prepared for 2027 and the first half of 2028.
