Public invitation to participate in the group presentation of the Slovenian economy at the IBA 2027 fair

The IBA fair is intended to present industrial equipment and services in the field of the baking and confectionery industry. The main product groups at the fair are industrial baking equipment, ovens, equipment for packaging and processing bakery products, baking raw materials, ingredients and technologies for dough processing, measuring devices and instruments, cooling and ventilation equipment and related products.

With this invitation, we invite all interested companies to present themselves at the joint exhibition space provided by SPIRIT Slovenia, a public agency, within the framework of the aforementioned fair.

SPIRIT Slovenia, a public agency, will, as part of its group presentation activities at the IBA fair:

• carried out the organization of the fair event and coordination of activities with participants,
• proposal for positioning the umbrella brand Slovenia Green, Creative, Smart.
• allocated financial resources in the estimated amount of EUR 170,000 to cover the costs of renting an unequipped exhibition space, technical connections for the needs of operating a group stand and registering exhibitors in the fair catalog.

Companies that will present themselves as part of a group presentation at the IBA fair will cover the costs of:

• exhibition space setup,
• transportation of exhibits and other costs.

The final arrangement of companies on the joint exhibition space will be prepared and confirmed by SPIRIT Slovenia, a public agency. The joint stand will be unified in terms of construction and graphics. The joint stand will be set up by a joint installation contractor selected by the companies.

Applications are accepted until the available exhibition space is filled or until the deadline for electronic application stated below.
