At RRA Koroška doo, we understand social responsibility as a way of operating and not just a formal obligation. We are aware that every organization – especially a public development institution – has a significant impact on the people, community and environment in which it operates.

That is why we have joined the European Socially Responsible Employer standard, implemented by the Ekvilib Institute. This has begun a long-term and structured process aimed at:

  • systematic development of a quality working environment,
  • strengthening employee relations,
  • responsible impact on the wider social and local environment.

Our goal is to create a work environment that promotes responsibility, collaboration, and sustainable development – ​​both within the organization and in the community in which we operate.

Our commitment to social responsibility

Social responsibility is an important part of our mission. We are aware that the decisions we make affect the quality of our employees' work, the partnership environment, and the development of the region.

By signing the Statement of Commitment to Social Responsibility, we have clearly and publicly confirmed that:

  • we act ethically, transparently and responsibly,
  • Through leadership, we promote a culture of respect, cooperation, and sustainable development.

Our commitment is based on four pillars

Within the framework of the Socially Responsible Employer certificate, individuals, organizations and interest groups (certificate stakeholders) are enabled to address complaints and other comments to the certification body - Ekvilib Institute.
