The Koroška Human Resources Scholarships project is aimed at connecting young people and the economy within the region and at the same time at encouraging the development of human resources and young, promising personnel to develop their ideas in Koroška. We provide an accessible collection of information about free scholarships from local companies in one place, which serves as a bridge between young job seekers and the needs of the regional economy. With this mission, we are creating a solid foundation for the future of the region, where young people will find opportunities for growth and companies will find employable, qualified personnel.

The aim of the project is to contribute to harmonizing the needs of the labor market and the education system, promoting human resource development in line with the needs of the local economy, and strengthening the employability of young people in Koroška in the long term.
The purpose of the project is to provide young people with one-stop access to information about available human resources scholarships from Koroška employers, guide them towards choosing educational programs that increase their employment opportunities, and make it easier for employers to search for and connect with promising personnel.
