Event within the framework of the project "BEST EU PROJECT"

The Štrekna cycling trail became one of the two winners of the Best EU Project 2025 competition this year. The popularity and numerous visits by cyclists since its opening also indicate the feasibility and importance of building the long-desired cycling connection through the Huda Luknja gorge.

At a special event taking place as part of the "BEST EU PROJECT" project, we will therefore frame the cycling route in a different context on October 17, 2025, at 11 am in Mislinja. We will open the exhibition "From Train to Bike", where you will learn about the surprising extent of cycling history in Koroška and beyond.

Participation is free of charge, but to facilitate organization, we ask that you confirm your participation in the event no later than Wednesday, October 15th, by e-mailing turizem@rra-koroska.si.
