RRA Koroška, the regional development agency for Koroška doo, publishes on its website the personnel scholarships announced by Koroška employers for the school/study year 2024/2025 and invites high school and university students to view them at the following link https://rra-koroska.si/si/regijska-stipendijska-shema/ and to contact employers for the possibility of obtaining a scholarship. Selected scholarship holders will also have the opportunity to be employed by their scholarship-granting employer after completing their education.

The list of announced human resources scholarships will be updated on our website on a regular basis, based on the reported needs for human resources scholarships by employers in Koroška. Therefore, all employers in Koroška are invited to report their needs for human resources scholarships for the school/study year 2024/2025, which the RRA KOROŠKA will publish for you free of charge on its website.

Statement by the director of RRA Koroška doo Uroš Rozman:   "The Koroška region has been facing a significant shortage of qualified personnel in various fields for some time, especially in industry, healthcare and education. Scholarship schemes represent an excellent way to connect the education system with the needs of the local economy and other sectors. They provide young people with access to education and at the same time encourage them to return to their home region after completing their studies. In this way, we not only fill gaps in the labor market, but also maintain the vitality and development of Koroška. Since we ourselves are aware of how demanding the search for suitable personnel is, we will participate in the Career Fair in Dravograd this year, where we will present the RRA Koroška not only as a developer, but also as a potential employer for young people who want to contribute to the development of the Koroška region."
