How did it all start?

"I have always been fascinated by technology and everything related to it. An initial interest in welding techniques, metalworking, robotics and automation has transformed over the decades into a deep knowledge that has proven to be of great interest to those around me. The beginnings were modest – he shared a workshop and workbench with his grandfather and father in the basement of their home. Over time, the need for machines and tools grew, and space began to be scarce. From the beginning, he knew that the time would come when he would have to find a larger production space, but the rental space on Koroškem was not optimal, and the volume of work did not yet allow for renting a workshop.

Rok learned an important lesson from this situation: It is not always wise to follow the latest technologies and processes that have not yet been proven reliable . He was too quick to invest in new equipment and tools that later turned out to be unreliable and uncompetitive. This experience gave him valuable knowledge and, fortunately, only minimal consequences, as it taught him to invest wisely and focus on technologies that have already proven their reliability.

Company vision today and in the future

Today, INOVAR successfully operates in the field of robotics and welding and has "overcome" most of the "birth problems" that usually plague companies at the beginning of their journey. Each new order or project means growth and also an opportunity for development. In the next 12 months, the company plans to expand into the field of innovative technologies and breakthroughs in Industry 4.0. "I want to expand my team and focus on advanced waste processing technologies and collaborative robots. The first steps have already been taken, and the future offers many more opportunities."
