We talked to Ms. Gabrijela Čevnik, director and founder of Stesol doo, about the beginnings, turning points, and the vision that drives them forward.

How did it all start?

"The idea was born from a desire to do more – not just for myself, but for the people I work with. Over the years, I have realized that with the right approach, I can create an environment where partners and colleagues feel respected, heard and supported. At that time, I said to myself: now is the right time to take a step forward. Thus began the journey of our company with the desire to help, connect and achieve more together than anyone could achieve alone."

First steps and challenges

They started out in business consulting. She was surprised by how many people she actually knew and how much potential there was for collaboration in these connections. Gabrijela always believed in the “give, you get” approach, where you help without expecting anything in return. With this, they began to build a global network of partners, where they exchange experiences and create opportunities. Later, they expanded their activities to the area where they are technically excellent and most professionally qualified. This is the sale of steel and steel products for various industries, such as nuclear, aerospace, aluminum production and the manufacture of tools for various purposes.

A turning point

Their first major victory was not a single event, but the result of many small actions that they take every day to strengthen their relationships with their partners. Even those actions that at first glance do not lead directly to business, but build trust, cooperation and long-term bonds. At the same time, they are deeply grateful to all the partners who stand by them. At the same time, they try to be helpful to the widest possible circle of people, even if it means just adapting, supporting or advising. This approach opens the door to new opportunities for them.

The biggest lesson

Trusting too quickly brought some painful experiences, but also an important lesson: business intuition must be supported by strategy. “I learned that you can remain open and honest, while at the same time acting thoughtfully and responsibly.” In the end, it is true that positive thinking also influences positive results.

Where are you today and where are you going tomorrow?

Today, the company stands on solid foundations, building on the expertise and trust of partners at home and abroad. In the next 12 months, they aim to expand the range of materials and services, strengthen brand recognition and consolidate cooperation with international partners. Their goal is clear - to create added value through efficiency, quality and responsibility towards employees, the local community and the environment.
