Objectives and purpose of the project:
Enterprising into the World of Entrepreneurship for Problem Areas (PVSP for Problem Areas) is an entrepreneurial training model in which unemployed people who meet the inclusion criteria develop and realize their entrepreneurial idea within 4 months. This is achieved by providing entrepreneurial training, mentoring and other support activities.
Unemployed people (regardless of age and level of education) from the problem area, which includes the municipalities of Podvelka, Radlje ob Dravi and Ribnica na Pohorju, can participate. The goal is that after completing the training, participants will establish their own company and get employed in it, become self-employed or find a solution in the form of employment with another employer.
The purpose of the PVSP project for a problem area is to launch new businesses, create new jobs and reduce unemployment in the area of the municipalities of Podvelka, Radlje ob Dravi and Ribnica na Pohorju. 10 participants are simultaneously included in the project, who gain:
- 4-month full-time employment at RRA Koroška doo,
- quality entrepreneurial training (areas: business idea development, market research, marketing, public speaking, finance and taxes, starting a company, business plan, CGP, etc.),
- individual advice from entrepreneurship experts,
- constant presence and assistance of mentors who monitor participants and help them realize their business ideas,
- networking with successful entrepreneurs,
- working with like-minded people according to the coworking principle,
- gaining practical entrepreneurial experience on a daily basis by carrying out activities in the field.
Inclusion:
All interested parties who meet the conditions can participate in the project through a public call, which is published every 4 months on the RRA Koroška website.
The program plans to include 109 people from the municipalities of Podvelka, Radlje ob Dravi and Ribnica na Pohorju by 2018.
