- Activities within the framework of the project "Supportive Environment 2023" are co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund, the Ministry of Economy, Tourism and Sport and SPIRIT Slovenia, a public agency. The project is implemented within the framework of the Operational Programme for the Implementation of the European Cohesion Policy in the period 2014 - 2020, priority axis: 3 Dynamic and competitive entrepreneurship for green economic growth.

Purpose of the project:
The purpose of the public tender is to provide a support environment that will provide free and regionally or nationally accessible support services for target groups of users according to this public tender throughout the territory of the Republic of Slovenia.
Target groups:
- potential entrepreneurs (individuals with an entrepreneurial idea),
- small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) at all stages of development.
Project objectives:
- increasing awareness and knowledge for solving challenges on the entrepreneurial path in all phases of the entrepreneurial cycle,
- increasing early entrepreneurial activity and
- contribute to the greater creation, improvement, growth and development of companies.
Project activities (free for all project target groups):
Promotion of entrepreneurial culture:
- information and promotion,
- SPOT Consulting events.
Implementation of comprehensive support services:
- basic SPOT consulting,
- training provided by SPOT consultants,
- training and events conducted by entrepreneurial mentors,
- entrepreneurial mentoring.
