Co-financing of public institutions for the purchase of equipment for Digital Transformation of Healthcare projects

Subject of the public tender

The subject of the public tender is the co-financing of the purchase of hardware information and communication technology (ICT equipment) for public health institutions, within the framework of three separate tender areas (lots):

PACKAGE A – Project "Transition to paperless operations of healthcare providers" for the conversion of physical health records into digital form": co-financing the purchase of optical readers to support the transition to paperless operations in healthcare institutions (digitalization of documentation). The approximate amount of co-financing in area A is up to EUR 574,000.00 excluding VAT.

PACKAGE B – "Telehealth" project: co-financing the purchase of computer screens for family medicine clinics to support the use of Telehealth, eKarton and other national electronic solutions. The approximate amount of co-financing in area B is up to EUR 772,350.00 excluding VAT.

LOT C – Project "Speech Recognition": co-financing the purchase of microphones to support the introduction of speech recognition technology into health information systems. The approximate amount of co-financing in area C is up to EUR 100,000.00 excluding VAT.

Conditions for participation or potential beneficiaries

The applicant for the tender may be: a municipality/city municipality, the founder of a public health institution or a health institution with the authorization of a municipality/city municipality (in the event that the founding of a health centre is divided between several municipalities, the applicant may be only one of the co-founder municipalities). The PES confirms in the statement that it has the authorization of the (co-)founder municipality(ies) to apply for the tender or to independently order activities from the public tender. a public health institution, the founder of which is the Republic of Slovenia.
