Public tender for co-financing the establishment and operation of competence centers for human resource development in the period 2026-2029 (395th JR KOC 2026-2029)
Subject of the public tender
The purpose of the call: is to co-finance the implementation of informal forms of education and training of employees in micro, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in the Republic of Slovenia. By participating in training, employees develop and improve their knowledge and skills, strengthen creativity and innovation, thereby contributing to greater productivity in SMEs.
The subject of the public tender is co-financing:
- establishment and operation of 20 competence centers for human resources development and
- implementation of informal education and training of employees in SMEs.
Conditions for participation or potential beneficiaries
A project partnership consisting of an applicant (project partnership holder) and project partners (hereinafter the applicant and project partners are also collectively referred to as project partners) may apply for the public call. The project partnership must include at least 15 SMEs, one of which acts as the applicant.

Submission deadline
Applications under the JR KOC 2026-2029 will be available from 8:00 AM on August 20, 2026 to 12:00 PM on September 3, 2026 (deadline for submission of applications).
