Public tender for co-financing the comprehensive energy renovation of buildings owned and used by municipalities for the period from 2023 to 2027

Subject of the public tender

The Ministry of Infrastructure and Energy is co-financing the comprehensive energy renovation of buildings owned and used by municipalities. It is one of the largest open sources for municipal buildings, schools, kindergartens and other public facilities, which simultaneously reduces energy consumption and operating costs.

A comprehensive energy renovation is being co-financed, i.e. a set of interconnected measures on the building envelope and on the heating, cooling, ventilation and lighting systems. The first set is available with EUR 44,552,941.18 , the second with EUR 4,500,000 , of which EUR 3,600,000 for the cohesion region of Eastern Slovenia.
