Public call for intervention investments in the adaptation of agricultural holdings to the implementation of above-standard requirements in the field of farm animal welfare from the Strategic Plan of the Common Agricultural Policy 2023-2027 for the year 2

Subject of the public tender

The subject of support is investments in the primary production of agricultural products referred to in Article 4 of the Regulation, which are intended for pig breeding, namely:
a) arrangement of a stable or purchase of equipment for a stable, except for the purchase of equipment for a stable intended for restricting the movement of sows or for imprisoning sows;
b) arrangement of a manure pit and closed storage facilities for livestock manure: arrangement of a separate facility for storing livestock manure (slurry collector and manure pit) and purchase of equipment for the facility, purchase and installation of mobile equipment for storing livestock manure, purchase and installation of a lagoon and equipment for sealing the lagoon for storing livestock manure;
c) purchase of equipment for generating energy from RES;
d) purchase and installation of a fence that prevents contact between pigs and wild boars in accordance with the Rules on biosecurity and the implementation of biosecurity measures from the Regulation (EU) on transmissible animal diseases (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, Nos. 49/24 and 108/24), (hereinafter referred to as: the Rules on biosecurity);
d) purchase of mobile yard machinery from the Rules on the Catalogue of Costs and Their Unit Values (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, Nos. 34/24 and 95/24; hereinafter referred to as: the Rules);
e) arrangement of a stable outlet, which is not an investment referred to in sub-paragraph a) of this point.

Conditions for participation or potential beneficiaries

The applicant is defined in the first paragraph of Article 5 of the Regulation. 2. The beneficiary is defined in the second paragraph of Article 5 of the Regulation
