Public call for intervention IRP03 collective investments in agriculture for the joint preparation of agricultural products for the market and the development of strong and resilient food supply value chains, for the year 2025

Subject of the public tender

In accordance with Article 11 of the regulation, the subject of support is investments intended for the first sale of agricultural products to a sales agent or processor, or investments in the marketing of agricultural products from one's own production, whereby:

a) the marketing of agricultural products is specified in point 3 of the previous chapter;
b) in accordance with point 5 of the first paragraph of Article 11 of the Regulation, the following materials handling machines are defined in the Rules on the Catalogue of Costs and Their Unit Values (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, Nos. 34/24 and 95/24; hereinafter referred to as: the Rules):

• yard loader,
• forklift and
• lifting platform with railing.

Conditions for participation or potential beneficiaries

1. The applicant is defined in the first paragraph of Article 12 of the Regulation.
2. The beneficiary is defined in the second paragraph of Article 12 of the Regulation
