Subject of the public tender

The subject of the public tender is the allocation of grants for co-financing investments in community self-supply of electricity from renewable energy sources (hereinafter: RES SSO), whose total nominal power of installed photovoltaic modules is at least 100 kilowatts, in combination with or without battery storage of electricity, whereby at least 80 percent of household consumers must be included in the RES SSO. The public tender will support investments in RES SSO that fall into one of two groups:

Block A: investments in RES SSOs, whose total nominal power of installed photovoltaic modules is at least 100 kilowatts and less than 300 kilowatts, for which EUR 6,000,000.00 is planned;
Block B: investments in RES SSOs, whose total nominal power of installed photovoltaic modules is at least 300 kilowatts, for which 10,117,647.06 euros are planned.

A non-refundable financial incentive may be awarded for the following two measures:

  • Measure 1: purchase and installation of new production facilities for the production of electricity from solar energy for the purpose of SSO RES (hereinafter referred to as: production facilities) and
  • Measure 2: purchase and installation of new battery storage systems.

Conditions for participation or potential beneficiaries

Applicants under this public tender are companies under the Companies Act and cooperatives under the Cooperatives Act.
