Subject of the public tender
The financial product BIZI OPO Živilci and BIZI Živilci is a loan for financing projects in the field of sustainable development and business in the food processing industry, which include innovative solutions, digital technologies, process automation and measures to reduce the environmental footprint.
When implementing a financial product, SRRS gives priority to projects that include activities in the areas of:
- development and implementation of digital technologies to improve product traceability and production efficiency,
- introducing automation into production processes,
- implementing projects based on the circular economy, reducing resource consumption or reducing waste,
- development of new sustainable products or solutions with a low environmental footprint. The financial product BIZI OPO Živilci is intended to finance start-up projects of food processing companies in border problem areas.
The BIZI Živilci financial product is intended for financing start-up projects of food processing companies in other areas of Slovenia.
Conditions for participation or potential beneficiaries
Conditions for the investor 1. The investor must be entered in the appropriate register (court or business) before 1. 1. 2022. 2. The investor may be organized as: a) a cooperative in accordance with the Cooperatives Act (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, No. 97/09 - official consolidated text and 121/21). b) a natural person who independently performs gainful activity on the market, or an economic entity or a legal entity registered in accordance with the Companies Act (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, No. 65/09 – official consolidated text, 33/11, 91/11, 32/12, 57/12, 44/13 – Supreme Court decision, 82/13, 55/15, 15/17, 22/19 – ZPosS, 158/20 – ZIntPK-C, 18/21, 74/21 - ZIPRS2122-A, 29/22 - ZUOPDCE, 18/23 - ZDU-1O, 75/23), as: 1. general liability company, 2. limited partnership, 3. limited liability company, 4. joint-stock company, 5. limited joint-stock company, 6. European joint-stock company, 7. economic interest grouping, 8. European economic interest group. 3. The applicant may be a Micro, Small, Medium or Large enterprise.
