Public tender Revitalization of public infrastructure facilities in border problem areas for 2026
The purpose of the public tender is the revitalization of abandoned, dilapidated public infrastructure facilities in border problem areas (hereinafter referred to as: OPO) or in functionally degraded areas (hereinafter referred to as: FRO) in OPO with the aim of preserving and restoring the settlement heritage, functionally supplementing it with new central activities, supply and other services, and entrepreneurial initiatives, in which as many local residents and residents outside the local area as possible are involved.
The subject of the public tender covers the co-financing of the revitalization of abandoned or dilapidated public infrastructure facilities on the OPO or on the FRO on the OPO, whereby revitalization means the renovation of the facility on the OPO or on the FRO on the OPO, the purchase of equipment for the operation of activities in the facility on the OPO or on the FRO on the OPO, the preparation of a vision for the development and program of use of the revitalized facility, a management plan or arrangement for transfer to management, a management plan for activities in the revitalized facility, and informing and informing the public about the project that is the subject of the application for the public tender and other activities defined below.
The aim of the public tender is to promote the reuse of abandoned public infrastructure facilities or areas and to revitalize areas without a function. Locating activities on previously built-up land will reduce pressures and the spread of construction on agricultural and forest land, thus contributing to achieving the goals of sustainable spatial development.
The aim of the public tender is to establish various activities in the revitalized facilities that strengthen entrepreneurial, tourist, cultural, social, health, educational, etc. potential, thereby addressing the issue of the outflow of the working population, the deterioration of demographic potential and the deterioration of the provision of supply (and service) activities in the OPO, with an emphasis on the development of tourism, entrepreneurship and other locally identified activities.
